During the VII International Festival of the Image, Herveo Tower became a meeting point for the dissemination of electroacoustic works that were submitted to this call, which was carried out in order to contribute to the idea of \u200b\u200bthe City of Manila as a crossroads for the transport link of information and knowledge, thereby promoting the city as a special interest dialogue. Between 15 and 19 April 2008, a set of speakers was installed in the wooden structure of the tower so that the pieces presented to the call were released to the space and could be heard from the base of the tower and from any other point in their vicinity. At all times sounded simultaneously four parts, creating a collective work under constant construction.
